Central European here.
I’ve been working on finding business for my Contractor Sourcing HR Agency and I’ve reached, for some of the conversations to some brits in London. All went well, positive engagement “that sounds great”, “’such a lovely possibility” and all those good vibes and I’ve been promised profiles to start recruiting for but these turned into nothing - I’ve been getting al sorts of “ghosted”. Things like “Sorry, I have to pop into a meeting”, “I’ll get back to you, within the hour”, “Yes, this sounds great - give me a chance to speak to my manager and we’ll get back to you”, as replies when I followed up.
So what I’m saying is that all of them seemed positive engagement, that turned into ghosting.
Am I miss-interpreting this?
