I'm having some bad flashbacks from abusive AP and need to vent. Also my depression/ anxiety seems to be coming back, so these negative thoughts are around me today.

Previously I've written about mental abuse but not so much physical abuse. As usual my AP did good and bad things, so it makes me feel conflicted to even feel angry about what they did. Here goes:

Mom:

• Beat me with a hanger while teaching me how to do math problems in 2nd grade (8 yrs old). I was learning multiplication table and fragments. She usually beat me on my thigh and eventually the plastic hanger broke, that's when she usually stop beating me. I have to pretend that I understand the math problem and then she will watch me work on it, if I make a mistake, she will beat me again until I get it right. This would go on for what feels like hours.
• Around 3rd/ 4th grade, I recovered from serious illness. Coming back to school i started snacking on potato chips and running around with my friends. Mom found out a snack in my backpack, mom went ballistic and started beating on me. She pulled my ear, slap my face and beat me with a hanger. She made me kneel on the floor and kiss her feet to beg for forgiveness for "eating potato chips". She asked me which feet I used to run first and then beat my shin with a hanger.
• Mom took me to an illegal doctor who claimed he can make me taller. I dunno if this is considered physical abuse. My mom held me down while the doctor performed a "massage" that really hurt my spine. I was screaming and begging to come home but my mom just held me down.

Dad:

• He tried to not beat me, but he would lock me out of the house when I don't behave. He would pull my arms and physically drag me into. This happen in elementary. I would cry, scream and beg outside, begging to be let in. I had to pee outside because I was out for hours.
