I (20M), for as long as I know, my father always gets angry at little things. Like when I forget something, he gets angry like there is no tomorrow angry, but he never gets physical just verbal, but even so, it really hurt me to the point I became emotionally numb to his insults. But when he forgets something, its always oops, sorry and he shrugs it off. He even yells like how he gets angry at me at my mom when she forgets something.

One time he made a sarcastic joke, to which I took as offensive, and got mad at him. He then yelled at me again, saying that I am more sensitive than my sibling, and that it was just a joke and that I can't take a joke.
