I got free tix to an event, turns out they're worth a lot, but I already had a girl ask to be my +1

So I got free tickets to a concert. I'm not a huge fan of the singer so I just posted on my story saying anybody want these? A friend of a friend of a friend who I don't even know was like I can be your 1. So I was like, ok sure. I look into it further how much these tix are worth, and I had a couple offer me 4k total lol.

So now I'm like lol, I def want to sell them. The only thing is, selling is sort of a hassle (the provider of the tickets doesn't want them to be resold so they make it hard to resell). As an example of how they make it hard, the tickets are texted to my phone number day of. So if I wanted to resell, I would have to call them, hope that they are find switching the number to someone else's phone, etc. And also, I only find out what the seats are the day of. If they're the best seats they could honestly go for low five figures, worst seats, maybe 1-2k.

There's this other girl I'm in a situationship with from Taiwan, and she's a big fan of the singer, but idk if she would be able to make the concert. What I'm worried about is the concert is meh, and then I just get dinner with this girl and never see her again, lol. That would suck. On the other hand, this girl lowkey might be hella rich or something. Her IG pics aren't super ostentatious but she is like, always traveling. I could use a sugar mama lol

Idk, what would you do in my situation?
