Skincare for a coworker. Opinions please!

So a few days ago, I was talking to a friend at work about my new AB routine, and how it's been helping my super red cheeks. A coworker over heard and started asking me for skincare advice. I told her what I could, given that we have nothing in common skin wise but told her I'd do some more research for her.

The info she gave me is oily skin with acne and scarring. Her current way of dealing with her acne is to just cover it in make-up, but she said she's willing to do whatever it takes, including both an AM and PM routine with multiple steps. Pretty much I have free reign.

So I've been poking around the last few days, trying to do some research into the best starting places for her. I think I've worked out a good routine (which I know she shouldn't start all at once) and would like your opinions on what, if anything, I should change, and what I order I should get to started on everything.

The Current (Possible) Routine

  • The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Light Oil
  • CereVe Foaming Facial Cleanser
  • CosRx BHA/AHA Clarifying Treatment Toner
  • CosRx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid
  • CosRx AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid
  • Mizon Black All In One Snail Cream
  • Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence
  • Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream
  • Biore UV Perfect Face Milk

So obviously, I'm planning to have her get the sunscreen first, and then maybe the two cleansers (cause the girl wears a lot of make-up). And the Recovery Gel, then, Toner and AHA, then AIO, then BHA?

Any and all suggestions are welcome!
