Is the Mizon Returning Starfish Cream still a thing?

So, I was doing some research into moisturizers and came up with this cream and it seems like it would be perfect. However, when I tried to search this sub for more information on it, I saw several posts about it being discontinued.
I'd found it on Amazon and have added it to my wishlist, but I don't want to pull the trigger and buy it if it's been discontinued.
Should I take the plunge or should I look for another moisturizer with ingredients that can help my chronically red cheeks?
