版上好像比較少討論仙人掌(有的文大概都爬過了)
想問有在使用仙人掌的版友們些問題
最近入手了一條20cm、直徑3.5cm的聖佩德羅(新鮮)
看了版上的文跟youtube上一些製作影片
想請問一些問題:
1.切除不需要的部位後不煮過直接打成汁跟煮過過濾後使用上有差別嗎?
2.20cm的仙人掌煮完過濾後是一次最低trip的劑量嗎(擔心劑量過高)
3.如果2不是的話、剩下的部分要如何保存才能維持活性呢?
4.需要去除的角質層是類似樹皮的所有部分嗎?
