I thought Hail of Blades on Ashe would be really good 2 weeks ago, especially on her Q when the new rune was announced in PBE (thanks Phy). But now that patch 8.11 just released today, because my country Philippines is usually late in updates, I ended up getting really fucked up so badly early game, because the 1.5s duration in it is REALLY quick for it to end, plus the fact that the attack speed is really slow in the beginning. I already had 4 deaths already in 20 mins, plus I died First Blood.

Runes I did: HoB, Cheap Shot, Ghost Poro, Relentless Hunter (for mobility)**/**Bloodline, Coup de Grace

Item set I did was: (in this order) Stormrazor, RH, BG, BotRK (and then I lost mid game at this point), PD, then ER. Optional Black Cleaver late game (in replace for PD) when dealing against tanks or when I really want to shred the shit out of them but I did mid game so yeah.

What are your thoughts? Have you guys tried something similar like this?

PS I did the full build on Practice Tool, it did exceed the 2.5 AS limit, and got to 2.88 with HoB but 1.5s? A really bad option early game but powerful late game.
