Has anyone implemented Eduroam in your environment?

We have Aruba wireless w/ Clearpass. Entertaining the idea of implementing Eduroam in the campus for better wireless service for non-students. I'm reading through the documentation the geant wiki site has (see below) and just wanted to get real-world accounts of how easy or hard it is to accomplish. If you have any other links, tips, etc. I definitely appreciate the assist.
