Clearpass Subscriber EAP/HTTPS Cert

I'm going to join a Subscriber to an existing Publisher in order to create a cluster, It's installed and online, but I'm having a few doubts on adding the Subscriber.
The Publisher has a publicly signed cert by GoDaddy and being used for HTTPS and Radius/EAP. Do I need to get a CSR from the new Subscriber and get it signed in order to properly work? or does it uses the Publisher cert?
