Hello everyone

I'm currently trying to update an out of the box clear pass C3000s appliance, it's currently on 6.7.0 and I'm updating to 6.7.14 in order to jump to 6.9.7.

I don't know if this is an issue or I'm just being impatient but when I click the "Import Updates" on the Firmware & Patch Updates section I get the "Import from file" window, i then select the zip file I downloaded from the support portal, but after I click open the window is stuck on "Import in progress", it's been a good 20 min, I am however doing this thru VPN do maybe it takes a while.

Did I do something wrong or does it just takes a long time to import the update thru VPN?
