Any good resources on breaking down anatomy?

Post Body
I’ve been trying to really improve my understanding of human anatomy and I often find just drawing muscles while looking at them to be a bit cumbersome, so I was wondering if there are any books or videos or whatever that really in depth break down anatomy bit by bit. I’ve only ever looked at the Morpho books and gottfried bammes complete guide to life drawing, so things along those lines would be helpful
