So I’ve been making a comic book

And the way that I draw is that I take photos of myself in various poses and sketch myself as a rough outline and then I make my characters from there but sometimes I feel like I’m cheating and I really want to know what everyone else thinks are used to hear that really good painter is back in the 13 to 1500s used to literally trace as art so I’m not sure if I’m going to get some unwritten rule or anything but just let me know and I will gladly provide my art if you guys are interested.
