Life model novice, looking for poses to practice.

Hi,
I am going to be a life model for an art class in about a month. I have never done this before, and I want to do a good job because it seems like the sort of thing I would enjoy doing as a long term hobby.
Is there a consolidated resource of common poses ? Are they usually the same for men and women because there are a lot more womens poses for life modeling than men. Im not sure if photoshoot posing translates to life model poses.
