I currently am working in a call center.
I’ve been in between jobs for a bit in my preferred industry so had to pick up this job in the meantime. Obviously don’t love it, but like anything I do I’m immediately looking for ways that technology would make my life better!
We deal with a lot of inbound calls and need to qualify them for eligibility in the program. It’s a ton of repeating the same 3 questions, and only if they answer yes to all three do we move onto the actual sales.
This seems like a perfect use case to utilize a voice-based AI model to pre-qualify inbound calls before they are passed onto a human. It would significantly cut down on the amount of pointless calls I’m taking and would obviously increase the company’s revenue.
My friend is the owner of the company so I know if I am able to help implement this I’ll be taken care of as well :)
I did some googling but it’s so hard to figure out what’s the best option. Anyone have any suggestions?
