Maybe dumb question, but why no white color in the game?

I just struck me as odd that they have all the other MTG colors, but not white. A few heroes quickly spring to mind that would be fit by the color like omni or kotl. Is it something they plan to add later? I just want to play my UW teferi in more games. Thanks for any replies!
