Thinking about trying art therapy after other forms have failed. What should I expect?
Post Body
I’ve been doing intense trauma work for the past 3 years and I feel like I’m getting nowhere. So I’m thinking about trying art therapy, and wondered if you all could tell me what to expect. Do I have to draw? (I hate drawing.) What does a typical session look like? How can art therapy help when other things haven’t?
