How to find and start working with an art therapist as an adult?
Post Body

I am an art student in college. I am also enduring cognitive processing therapy for traumas and would like to express some of this blockage through art.

However, it's been very hard for me and I am interested in finding an art therapist to work with. Someone that can get the gist of what I'm working with psychologically and give me assignments they think will help at my age.

Any help, advice, and resources are welcome. Thank you.
