Help! I would like to print out a scanned-in sketch. How do I do this?

- I don't own a fancy printer, so I need to pay someone to do this.
- The image is pencil and ink (grayscale).
- I'm going to frame it, so it needs to look good.
- I don't know the first thing about paper, but I want it to last and look good.
- I think I want a print, not a photo, but I'm not sure
