Arteta Opinions All Or Nothing

I'm curious what people's thoughts are on Arteta (and just generally the squad) after watching all or nothing.
I've always generally always liked him. As a player and a manager even when he's made the odd left field tactical choice but seeing him as a manager, a bit corny but so passionate and driven I can't help but root for him and the team he is building so much.
I think part of it is he is so different when he interviews to how he is behind the scenes
Anybody else felt this or feels differently?
