Commander wants me to write up a list of things for him to use in my LOR and I'm lost
Post Body

So to start I've been in for only 3 years in the guard and though I've applied for all of our active duty assignments the unit hasnt taken me on any of them during wildfire season due to many factors (them being on deployment before I got there during wildfire season, lack of funding, and this year not enough wildfires to warrant us even going). I am putting in my engineering college prior to my service (not great but its college) my test scores (which are high) and the fact that I have always taken my training as serious as I can and ask as many questions as I can to be a better maintainer in the event that I would have to be activated, which that can and I going to be corroborated by my first line leader. And getting distinguished honor grad in AIT. Haven't had any negative counselings so far, and now I'm just trying to figure out what on earth I should put also that would not only be good, but just relevant. Haven't had much in terms of accomplishments on the civilian side and I am going for active duty since I honestly haven't cared about job progression outside of the military.

Is there anything I should do to fluff this up at all? Or should I just ask my employer for suggestions since I'm a good employee, just dont know if I do anything different from anybody else that would make this LOR look better.

edit: I'll also be sending the same cover letter up to Battalion commander (both commanders just barely took command)
