Post Body

To clarify I haven't written in a long time but for what little time I used I think it'd be good to get the point across. Just looking for general suggestions then when I have everything else going I'll write it up longer or whatever I need.

Why I want to become a Warrant Officer Pilot-

DUSTOFF- Dedicated Unhesitating Service to Our Fighting Forces

That is, in short, why I want to become a Pilot for the US Army. Through my time in my medevac unit with the national guard I’ve held onto that phrase and have been pushing as hard as I can to be the best soldier I could be. In order make sure that I can be of service to those on the ground through doing as much as I can in my time there by the book, asking questions, and being as detail oriented as I could possibly be. Though I am only a maintainer. I personally feel like I could do more, more training, help others push themselves to be more, through leadership, and professionalism, in the cockpit and aircraft to serve our forces more, as my own leadership has instilled upon me. I will concede I do have a limited amount of experience to show that I am worthy for a role such as this, however, in my training I have done well receiving distinguished honor grad in AIT. Attesting to my training, my letters of recommendation will tell you that I will, to the best of my ability, perform to keep crewmembers, and those around me safe, while still being effective as I can possibly be and this training, and career, will help me deliver dedicated unhesitating service to our fighting forces.

kinda cringe but again, just trying to get the point across, not looking to bore a board with a whole "ever since I was a kid" rather the inspiration from my actual unit and officers and NCOs there
