Promo code cannot be activated?

Checked my email today, got one from AW saying since I haven't logged in for a while, I can get a bunch of neat stuff, with a promo code at the bottom that can be used to redeem it all... but I just logged into the website and it says the promo code cannot be activated? Anyone else have this problem?

Honestly i'm ok with them making the mistake,crap happens. I'm actually working on a mass mail system for the company i consult for. So i understand how it could happen. It's just a tad annoying since i've got the next 4 days off and it's my birthday in a few days.So it would have been a really good bonus. But hell, i'll take the 3 days premium time. It's better than nothing. Besides i don't know of a dev team that's as dedicated as Obsidian or the guys at My.com. So kudos to them for trying to make it right.
