Balteus feels so impossible for me….

I can’t do this. I’ve tried 70 tries with so many different builds even some I’ve seen suggested here. I’m a soups vet etc. but I can barely even touch this boss before I’ve already used 2 repair kits. The most damage I’ve ever been able to do is maaaybe a quarter of his health.
