Loading local Game Master saves to a server

I was under the impression that I could create a scenario on the local Game Master and then load that in to a public server that I would have GM rights on, yes? I figured as long as the mods in the saved file and game server matched then everything should be smooth sailing.

Trouble is when I go in to these servers and attempt to load...nothing happens. I bring up the list of saves, select the one I want and confirm it...And then it just takes me back to the list of saved files again. No loading. No error. No crash. Nothing.

What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something?
