Previously I had posted asking for any comprehensive resources that show who will be on our ballots here in NWA, and with information on their platforms. At that time I received a couple of good resources, including Ballotpedia, and a link to where I could find my ballot. Ballotpedia had maybe half (or less) of the information I needed for our local elections, so I wound up doing most of the research myself (after finding my sample ballot). I voted today and I'm generally confident of my votes.
Well, I've just found a local resource that's very well compiled with information for all the different levels of elections, particularly targeting Northwest Arkansas. They display the information in a non-partisan way, and I personally know the organization that put it out and can attest to their efforts at civic responsibility.

So, please feel free to check this out and I hope it helps you make your voting decisions! And if you're interested, please check out some of the other resources on Circles NWA's website, as they're specifically interested in helping people overcome poverty in sustainable ways, and they have some great ideas and resources to that effect.
