I'm an amateur photographer living near Dardanelle and have been to Holla Bend WMA multiple times this winter, but haven't seen one eagle. I've got lots of hawk pics, and even got an owl pic, but no eagles. I've been there before, this time in the year, and there would be dozens of them everywhere, but I can't seem to find any this year. My goal is to get some good eagle shots, but I'm coming up bust. I'm looking for alternative locations to find them, hopefully not on the other side of the state, and easy to get to from a road. If you know positively where there's eagles at right now and I'm almost 100% guaranteed to get some shots at some, please let me know.
