I feel like if it failed certification they would have known about that much sooner than a few hours before launch day. Highly doubt everything was going fine and then 6 hours before launch they find a problem bad enough to delay. Think the certification process usually takes two weeks so they probably knew it wouldnât be the 14th at least a week ago.

Not sure really, I donât know if theyâd have to start the whole process again. Maybe itâs quicker if they only need to check already identified problems. I would also imagine wildcard wouldnât want to say âby the end of the weekâ if they didnât at least think it was possible because it will just be another load of backlash but who knows with wildcard.
