Heya everyone! I hope your weekend is starting off fantastic!

So, my wife & I are fairly new to camping - and hopelessly addicted! lol we have gone about twice a month since August of 2023. Before that we hadn't done it at all for about 2 decades (literally). But we aren't quite ready for dispersed camping yet. We are working towards that, but we are going slow. So campgrounds it is for is so far. Stay with me, I actually have a point./question lol!

Ok, so we have a friend coming in from California that wants to go camping with us. We had recently gone to the White Tank Mountain Regional Park (dang, that IS a mouthful!), and we really liked it. So we checked and there was a spot available for the dates we wanted, so we booked it. All good.

But my friend wants to do some shooting - and I am ALWAYS up for that! But I don't know the area very well. So, finally, my question: does anyone know if there are any areas where we can go shoot that are near WTMRP?
