So I ordered a new AR x52 ~4 weeks ago Upon putting it together I immediately got error 30 when trying to ride it

After basic troubleshooting, AR support asked me to send display and controller back to check these, no fault, so they sent me a new wiring harness That fixed… error 30 I can now ride the bike but I then got another error -21 AR support promptly sent me a new controller to switch, no dice, same issue with new controller. I’m not supposed to ride the bike with that error (although now it rides)

Weird things I see currently: With 0 pedal assist, I get 0 pedal assist - as advertised But with 1 or 2,3,4,5 - it’s like a rocket. As soon as I give a little pedal it takes off full speed. I suspect the sensor monitoring speed is busted so bike basically tries to provide full assist from the get go Anyone know where that sensor is ? Is it in the actual rear wheel hub? I contacted AR support with that update Mon but no news yet so was hoping someone here would have an idea It’s a bit frustrating to have a bike with 0mile, brand new, I can’t use yet I have to say AR support have been nice, and helpful but the only support by email with multi days between email is kind of rough specially when the bike is brand new Considering bringing it to a local Ebike shop since they probably know these baofang motors and controllers inside out… but again if anyone experienced this I’d love to know - could not find another thread with that error type Thanks in advance!
