Ayuda con ram que no da video

Compre un stick de ram orion 8gb 3200mhz y cuando lo pongo la pc enciende pero no da imagen ni funciona el teclado. Anteriormente tenia un stick de 4 2400mhz y funcionaba bien.
Mother ASRock a320m-hdv
Procesador A10-9700
No se si es que el procesador no soporta mas velocidad (pense que simplemente la bajaba si no la aguantaba) o si es problema del mother y si tengo que cambiar alguno que me recomiendan.
