Okay guys, I need to launch an Arduino into the sky.
Post Body

What's the most cost effective, and reliable way I can do this?

The Arduino does not need to be recoverable.

Ideas so far:

Drone (expensive, large power demands) Hobby rocket (not reliable enough at all) Something like those ripcord helicopters, except have a propeller that is wound up using a crank.

That last one is "winning" so far. This is a single use device, so it doesn't have to survive long term.
