Best way to find/create a simple set of plans for a shop?

I'm wanting to build a shop 18x24x10 with 4/12 sloped roof. I need a Plot plan and 2 sets of plans and engineer stamped trusses.

The main part that I'm finding difficult is getting ahold of 2 sets of plans for a simple shop with no electric or anything. Just a double door and a window on the north side (the 24' side).

Are there any good resources online that can draw something up for this? If not, how much would it cost to have a couple sets of plans drawn up on average for a building like this?
