Hello all,
I recently got into target archery and I shoot an Elite Verdict DW:45 lb and DL:28.5 in. My current outdoors target setup is Victory VAP arrows with 450 spine, 100 grains point with TAC driver vanes, and a normal nock without bushings. I bought this arrow as per the recommendation from the manufacturer. I recently came across the Archers Advantage software and decided to try it. According to the software, these 450 VAPs are too stiff, and it suggests that I should use a 600 spine arrow. Moreover, I came across a post from Jesse Broadwater where he says that he uses a 520 spine arrow on 60 lb bow. Link for the post attached. Can anyone tell me how that is possible and should I trust the spine recommendation from archers advantage software?
Thanks
