Account recovery issue

Mostly hoping to get in touch with u/LeMutique but any help on where to reach out would be appreciated as Archero support is not responding.

A few months ago I updated my phone and when re-installing Archero there was some kind of a bug that my account did not recover. I have a screenshot of my player ID number, but that was all I thought I had and they said they could not recover. A few weeks ago my brother pointed out that they may be able to identify my account from my credit card since I made purchases on the game - support said they could not recover my account this way but they could give me the same purchases on a new account to help me get going again (they asked for screenshots of my purchases through the google store). This was fine with me.

Problem is that I haven't been able to get in contact with their support since then. I've sent several emails and have not heard back for a few weeks and don't know what to do. Was hoping to come back to the game, but that level of lost progress is still demoralizing to me.
