What's with these $50 Pac-Man Arcade Machine with Riser at Walmart?

These still show as in stock at a few Walmarts around me, even stores that I'm certain haven't had them since around Christmas. Plus, I haven't seen one post about anyone finding this cab.
Why would this show in stock at so many Walmarts, and have you seen anyone actually find this one?
Secondly, any time I saw Pac-Man in store, I don't remember it including a riser. Is my memory faulty?
