Arc on Windows recognized as a fullscreen application?

Obligatory "sorry for the wrong flair". I'm not entirely sure if it's even Arc related.
Win11. Arc v0.7.0.4969
When I have Arc on Monitor 1, my "main" display, my taskbar won't pull up. However, when it is on Monitor 2 the taskbar works like normally. Any ideas? Any thought? Am I just stupid? I, as my history here will dictate, don't follow release notes or bug reports, so I could EASILY have missed something and this is already being looked at. TIA
