I really hope that some day we can remap our custom commands to single key commands. I've been recently been experimenting with SigmaOS and I really love that I can use single key commands to do things (like space to open up the lazy search option to navigate to new websites).
Not that the keyboard commands are bad now, but I would like the option to be able to allow for single keyboard selections vs. combinations.
I do, however, use Vimium C for that specific feature, but I feel like the app itself would benefit more for allowing this without needing to use an extension for it.
What do you all think?
Like opening up the the command bar for an example. Currently, the default is mapped to CMD L.
What if instead you mapped it to just "L"?
I really enjoyed how that worked on Sigma, granted I think they would also need to add a "Input Mode" in order for it work correctly. Right now Vimium C works and allows me to do that on here, but I would like an native solution to that in Arc. Just a thought I had.

Very well put! This is exactly how it works in SigmaOS and hence why I think Arc will need to an in "Input Mode". I feel like that's the next generation of browsing right there. Maybe that's just me talking tho.
