On Windows, for a split second, when you're entering the website, you can see the "Download now" button. Are they preparing something or is it old news?

It's Javascript that's not activating immediately. It's not going to let you download the Windows version, if you click on it, it will just give you the download for the .dmg Mac file.
The team will all tells us when we will be able to download the Windows version when it's ready.
