What is wrong with my mystery snails foot?

First noticed slight discoloration on November 2nd. And now it looks like this.
What could this be? Tank parameters are perfect. No signs of any fungus in the tank.
How can I treat this?
He eats algae pellets, carnivore sinking pellets (seems to be his favorite), green beans, peas, squash and zucchini, romaine lettuce, and any fish flakes.
