Any tips on getting this guys shell back to normal?

First pic was around 4 months ago it started when I went on vacation and he dried up for days. Water seems fine as their is other healthy snails and shrimp. I’ve given him extra calcium and more fresh veggies but it’s not getting better, any help is appreciated thanks
