Algae issue?

So I’m into week two of my tank. I didn’t realise I shouldn’t have fish in there until later, have about 8 tetra in there atm. Iv noticed white fluff start to form on rocks the sides etc. What is it? I intend to brush it on my next water change in a few days. Is it a major issue? Help please!?
