best place online to buy a lot (300-500) of neons?

My mom is a very experienced fish woman and is interested in stocking a tank basically with big neons and cories. (Iām suggesting some german blue rams but we will see).
Looking for a way to bulk buy - one of the fish stores near her is charging $5/neon at the moment which is silly. I have purchased online fr $.99 historically but wondered if anyone had any recommendations.
