Post Body

Good afternoon everyone! Question here, Iā€™m still somewhat new to the aquarium hobby (Iā€™m prefer aquascaping) but is it ok to put small groups or schooling fish together instead of one large group of a type of schooling fish? For example, if I wanted to put 5-6 neon tetras, 5-6 endlers, and 5-6 guppies in a 16 gallon tank would that be ok? Or would you recommend 15 or so of just one species? Iā€™m having trouble finding answers through research. Just seeing if you guys have ever done this or if this would be a stupid idea altogether. Thanks!
