Tetra easy balance

I accidentally poured like half a bottle of easy balance into my 10 gallon aquarium with my fancy goldfish, lucky for I have another 40 gallon that I put him into. Is his water safe? Is to much easy balance a bad thing? Should I drain his tank and get new water?
