3 Mollies (male) and a Pleco — what else to stock 20 g with?

So title says it all, but I have 3 mollies that I believe are all male and a Pleco. I know mollies are better with a bunch of females, but I’m not sure if getting 4-6 females is worth it with a 20g tank...especially if the males are getting along.
It’s worth noting that I have the filtration that came with my tank as well as a sponge filter for a 20 g tank.
What fish should I get? Female mollies? Are there other fish that might work?
