Fish Fry Question

I have my first tank every, a 20 gallon long, wherein one of my balloon mollies has given birth to about 50 fry in total now. I know I have a ticking time bomb if I don't keep up with water changes and move these fish. Seeing as I don't want to keep the fry and don't want to kill them, what are my best options and how would I go about them?
