Help! Is this tank usable

I found this 10 gallon tank in the garage and was going to clean it and set it up as a betta tank but I noticed this crack on the side. The crack does not go all the way past the side of the perpendicular glass and the silicon seal is not damaged. Is this tank still usable or will I wake up to 10 gallons of water on my floor one day?
