New 10 gallon, will be home to a betta soon

Got this 10 gallon off OfferUp for $20. Just cleaned and set it up. Began the cycle! Moved over some things from my other tank to help get the microbiome rolling.
My plan is to put a bunch of live plants, a small school of neon tetra, a male betta, and some sort of bottom feeder. Really like kuhli loaches.
What do yall think?
