I noticed there were red splotches on their fins.

The one in the front has had that notch on its top fin since forever so I didn’t think much of it. But today I noticed they seem to have red splotches on their fins

Am I being paranoid or does it look like they need to be treated?

There’s three females in this 15 gallon tank. My local fish store does not accept water for testing, but my strips and water test kit (not api) say ammonia and nitrites are at 0. Ph 7.2

(I’m planning on getting at least one male and maybe two more females to complete their school. But haven’t decided yet on what kind of swordtail to get them)
